Work we do

Bahari Hai works in many different ways to help our ocean and marine ecosystems.

We work with local stakeholders and partners; fishing communities; community groups and the private sector to address the complex challenges faced by the marine environment.

As a grass-roots conservation organization, we help directly with nature conservation. Getting our feet wet on the ground. We have our core programmes: Sea Turtle Conservation; Anti-poaching; Community Development & Outreach; Education & Outreach. Within these programmes we have ongoing projects as well as once-off projects that address specific challenges that arise at a particular moment.
